Terms & Conditions for Entry
1. Eligibility
This competition is open to all existing customers of ISMS.online who complete the ISO 27001 survey. Employees of ISMS.online and their immediate families are excluded.
2. Entry Period
The competition starts on 07/05/2024 and closes on 24/05/2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, simply complete the online ISO 27001 survey sent via email.
4. Selection of Winners
Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will be conducted on 27/05/2024 and winners will be notified by email within one week.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize: 1 Ticket to Silverstone Hospitality
Second Prize: 5 Free Pre-Audit Checks
Third Prize: 1 Free Standard for 50 Winners
6. Prize Claim
Winners will be contacted by email with instructions on how to claim their prize. Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of notification.
7. General
ISMS.online reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time as necessary.
8. Prize Description
Pre-Audit check
All pre-audit checks must be booked via your Customer Success Manager and used within 12 months. The Pre-Audit check will be delivered by our internal Information Governance and Compliance team. This will only be valid for the ISO 27001 standard, other standards are not applicable. We will ensure that your ISMS is up-to-date and ready for upcoming internal or external audits as you wish. Pre-Audit checks will be carried out online, remotely, and only on information contained within the ISMS.online platform.
Free Standard
The customer claiming this prize must already have an active subscription to ISMS.online. Up to 50 customers will be able to choose an additional standard framework, which will be added to their ISMS.online platform for them to work on. Please note – these will be frameworks only, and not available with any additional content or tools, which maybe available at an additional cost. A list of available frameworks can be viewed here.
This prize must be claimed within 12 months, please confirm with your Customer Success Manager when you have chosen.
9. Privacy Policy
ISMS.online uses and records your information in line with our existing Privacy Policy.
